Updated 2026-10-30
The official PlayPark SEA character introduction presents five familiar classes. Their roles below describe the publisher's introductions; actual performance depends on your characters, equipment, content and updates.
| Class | Publisher's broad introduction | Starting question |
|---|---|---|
| Fighter | Resilient frontline protector | Does the team need someone in front? |
| Scout | Agile character with healing abilities | Does the team need more support? |
| Musketeer | Firearm-using ranged marksman | Would you enjoy attacking from range? |
| Wizard | Scholar who uses magic | Do you prefer a magical playstyle? |
| Warlock | Magic user associated with elemental power | Do the available skills complement your team? |
These are broad descriptions, not damage rankings. Compare the specific abilities and equipment available in your current client before investing heavily.
Fighter
Fighter is the resilient frontline role, protecting allies from danger. Consider a Fighter when your team needs a character to stand between enemies and more vulnerable allies.
Scout
Scout is described as agile and able to heal allies. The support role can help a team stay alive while its other members deal damage.
Musketeer
Musketeer is a ranged marksman using a firearm. A ranged damage role offers a different position and playstyle from a frontline fighter.
Wizard
Wizard is a magic user who explores ancient knowledge and uses spells in combat. Check each character's available skills in your game version before investing resources.
Warlock
Warlock, also called Elementalist in the official introduction, pursues elemental and forbidden magic. Compare available skills and equipment with the rest of your team.
Picking a first team
Consider how the roles complement one another instead of choosing solely by class name. A Fighter, Scout and ranged attacker provide a simple role-based starting point; later content may call for different choices. Continue with team building.
How to compare your options
Start with the skills you can actually use. Read their descriptions, look at the character's attack range and consider whether your team can survive the content you are attempting. If two characters seem to fill a similar role, compare what each contributes rather than assuming the class name tells the whole story.
Keep room to adjust as you unlock more options. A comfortable beginner team is useful for learning, but it is not evidence that the same three characters are optimal for every boss, event or future update.
Frequently asked questions
Which class is the healer?
PlayPark's introduction describes Scout as having healing abilities. Check the exact skills available to your character in the current client.
Is Fighter required in every team?
No universal requirement is established here. Fighter is a useful example of a frontline role; your roster and the encounter determine what you need.
Are Warlock and Elementalist different classes?
PlayPark's introduction uses Elementalist as another name for Warlock. Names and translations can differ across releases, so check the SEA client.
Is this a tier list?
No. This overview uses the publisher's broad role descriptions and does not rank damage or claim an optimal build.
